Just Another Love
by Natasha Tombes
My love reminds me of the nights darkness,
Though he does not have a remembered name,
But in the sun I love him no less,
But I still want him to arrive again.
At first to him my eyes did not adjust,
And in his eyes only black did I see,
But then a saw stars like in darkness you must,
Now to me just black he shall never be.
I long for him even in the sunlight,
And do wish for his love to surround me,
But even at morning you know of night,
As shadows around there will always be.
Now thanks to him I take a great leisure
In sitting and watching stars for pleasure.
